Postage/Delivery Prices - WorldWide Shipping Flat Rate £5 
Deliveries will be sent by Tracked couriers such as Yodel, Evri, DPD or Royal Mail.
Your parcel may arrive in more than one package you are not charged additional for this extra postage we cover this.
We have a range of different dispatch locations hence the delivery time frame being 10-20 working days and the various couriers used.
We try are best to make sure that each parcel is delivered in the timescale, this is mostly sooner.
Personalised product have a timescale of taking up to 2 weeks during busy periods.
If there happens to be a delay we will either contact you or let one of our local representatives know of the update.
Royal mail Failed deliveries may be sat in your local depot (please check these first before contacting us).
If your parcel is returned to us due to a missed deliveries (normally 3 times) or refusal of parcel you will be required to pay the shipping cost of the redelivery (refund will not be available if personalised).
If your parcel has been marked as delivered and they have sent proof of the parcel being delivered then unfortunately we are not reliable to remake or send a refund if you haven't got it. It will be your responsibility to contact the delivery company to find out where abouts they have placed or delivered to (if you haven't received but shown as delivered)
Please allow up to (20 working days) before chasing any orders up.
Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised orders due to these being made to order.
Please Note due to covid - delivery companies now take photos of the parcel on your door step instead of you signing for it.
